La villa “Ibiza Swinger Private Village” se encuentra en el corazón de la isla de Ibiza, sobre una loma de más de 15.000 metros cuadrados que ofrece la privacidad que los huéspedes demandan, en medio del campo pero a sólo siete minutos de la principal ciudad de la isla y a menos de diez minutos de decenas de playas, muchas de ellas nudistas.
El “Ibiza Swinger Private Village” se asienta sobre una preciosa villa payesa de más de 120 años de antigüedad construida bajo los parámetros de la típica arquitectura ibicenca en la que predominan los blancos, los anchos muros de piedras y algas y los techos de madera, principalmente de la variedad conocida como sabina.
La villa se compone de dos tipos de habitaciones. Las que son parte del inmueble principal y de los antiguos establos, reformados y decorados en 2010. Y las habitaciones creadas en torno a los jardines y a la piscina en forma de cabañas de madera y construidas y decoradas en 2010. Tanto unas como otras son ideales para disfrutar del entorno de sensualidad que se respira en el “Ibiza Swinger Private Village”.
La villa se encuentra en el corazón de la isla de Ibiza, en la carretera que une las localidades de Santa Gertrudis y Sant Llorent. A sólo siete minutos de la principal ciudad de la isla y a apenas diez minutos de decenas de playas, muchas de ellas nudistas. Su ubicación, en la cima de una loma, permite a la villa tener la privacidad que los huéspedes demandan, una privacidad por la que cada día trabajamos para hacer de sus días vacaciones unos días únicos y muy especiales.

“Ibiza Swinger Private Village” is at the heart of the island of Ibiza, on a hill measuring over 15,000 square metres that offers the privacy the guests demand, right in the countryside but only seven minutes from the main city on the island and less than ten minutes from dozens of beaches, many nudist.
The “Ibiza Swinger Private Village” is situated in a beautiful country village over 120 years old built with along the lines of typical Ibizan architecture in which whites, thick stone and seaweed walls and wooden roofs, mainly from the variety known as savin, predominate.
The village, with urban land measuring over 15,000 square metres is made up of two types of rooms. The rooms in the main building and in the old farmyards, renovated and redecorated in 2010. And the rooms created around the gardens and swimming pool in the form of wooden chalet, also built and decorated in the first three months of 2010. Either are ideal for enjoying the sensual atmosphere radiated in the “Ibiza Swinger Private Village”.
The village is at the heart of the island of Ibiza, on the road that joins the towns of Santa Gertrudis and Sant Llorent. Only seven minutes from the island’s main city and just ten minutes from dozens of beaches, many nudist. Its location, on top of a hill, gives the village the privacy demanded by the guests, a privacy we work for every day to make their holiday a unique and very special experience.
